Isaiah 61-1
The Spirit of the sovereign Lord is upon me, for the Lord has anointed me to bring good news to the poor. He has sent me to comfort the brokenhearted and to proclaim that captives will be released and prisoners will be set free.

O-offer spiritual and emotional support as they learn to walk in change
V-validate their progress when achieved
I-instruct them on how to receive the promises of God and how to pray effectively
D-direct them in Godly morals, character, and integrity
E-educate them on the meaning of the content in the Word of God and how to apply it to their lives
